What a pleasant surprise your yogurt gave me! It is the very best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted them all, including the Greek yogurts. Yours has a subtle sweetness and creaminess not found in the others….it is so thick that I use it with fresh fruit like cream cheese on toast or a bagel. Oh how happy I am that I found you.
I would sometimes put yogurt in a fine strainer that was lined with filter paper and the end product was the consistency of cream cheese. Now I can use yours without the work.
